We are thrilled to present our 2025 Mentorship Program! This program is tailored for students and individuals who wish to join the Synergy family but are not able to march or participate on the field. We offer a range of roles, including learning about design, visual and audio processes, prop building, working on the uniform team, or supporting behind the scenes as a crew member. This is your chance to contribute to Synergy in a meaningful way and become an essential part of our team.
